Before you begin your application

Please read the below information to assist you in completing your online application for WorkSafe's WorkWell Mental Health Industry Trials (Industry Trials).

When do applications close?

Applications must be submitted before 10am AEST on Tuesday 24 June 2025. Dates are subject to change at WorkSafe's discretion. Stay informed of updates or changes via the Mental Health Industry Trials website.

Please allow enough time to review and submit your application. Late applications will not be accepted.

How to use SmartyGrants:

• SmartyGrants allows for applications to be partially drafted and returned to at a later date. This means that you can progressively work on your application.
• Multiple people can work on an application using the same log in details as long as only one person is working at a time. 
• SmartyGrants will not allow you to submit an application until any errors are corrected or missed responses are completed.
• Applicants will receive a confirmation message on screen when the application has been successfully submitted in SmartyGrants. Applicants will also receive a confirmation email with a PDF copy of their submission attached. Submitted applications are date and time stamped.

Attachments and supporting documents:

• You will need to upload and submit attachments to support your application. This is very simple, but requires you to have the documents saved on your computer, or on a storage device.
• Allow enough time for each file to upload before trying to attach another file. Files can be up to 25MB each; however, we recommend keeping files to a maximum of 5MB – the larger the file, the longer the upload time.
