WorkWell Mental Health Industry Trials

To prepare and submit your application:

1. Read the Grant Guidelines and Funding Agreement.
2. Download and complete the mandatory proposed Project Budget Template.
3. Respond to all questions.
4. Press 'save' as you go. You can save, logout and return. 
5. Upload all required documentation. 
6. Submit your application via this platform (SmartyGrants) before the closing date and time. 
7. Please allow enough time to review and submit your application. SmartyGrants will not allow you to submit the form until any errors or missed responses are corrected/completed.
8. Confirm your application has been submitted*.

*IMPORTANT: You will see an on-screen confirmation message when the application has been successfully submitted. Please also check you receive the confirmation email with the time and date stamped PDF copy of your application.

Personal information is being collected so WorkSafe can assess applications and administer successful Mental Health Industry Trials projects.

Any personal and health information will be stored and retained securely in accordance with WorkSafe’s Privacy Policy. For general privacy enquiries, contact privacy@worksafe.vic.gov.au.
